Shipping & Returns (are FREE)
All deliveries are made with the global package delivery company DHL, which is FREE! The orders are shipped from our United States or Turkey warehouse to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of DHL can be read on www.dhl.com.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 am.
Please notice that orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since DHL is not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 3 to 6 working days.
European Union: 2-5 working days.
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the DHL tracking number to follow the delivery status.
Exchange & Returns
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.
The return is FREE of charge as well, which means that the customer is not responsible for the cost of the returns. To request returning label, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
LA LA SHOELAND LLC is not obliged to take the goods back should they have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Please pack the goods as you received them and know that we will not accept items without their tags attached.
Delivery of damaged/wrong goods
Please contact our service department immediately if you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods will be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. Please, in this case, contact us at email@example.com.
